Anyone aged 18 or over, and businesses. You need an email address to create an account.

Yes. There is a free plan with 2 channels and 20 posts a month. Creator and Business add more channels, unlimited posts, X (Twitter) posting, team features and the AI assistant; you choose whether to upgrade.

No. The free plan needs only an email address. If you upgrade later, Stripe takes the payment and we never see your card number. You can cancel in the app at any time, and if you are a consumer in the UK you have 14 days from buying to change your mind: Billing offers "End now and refund the unused part" during that time. You decide. You write a post, pick the channels and choose a time; ViralGenHub publishes it at that time and never posts anything you did not schedule. On the Business plan the AI assistant can draft and schedule posts for you, and they appear on your calendar like any other scheduled post, so you can edit or delete them before the time comes.

No. You sign in on each platform's own page and approve access there. The platform gives ViralGenHub a token that lets it post only what you schedule. You can remove that access at any time.

No. It only publishes posts you have written and scheduled, to accounts you have connected.

TikTok approved ViralGenHub's app, but TikTok's separate audit of how we post is not done yet. Until it is, ViralGenHub sends each video to your TikTok inbox as a draft at the time you schedule, and you publish it in the TikTok app, publicly if you like. You can also post it as private (Only me) if your TikTok account is private. When we post directly, you choose who can see the video, whether comments, Duet and Stitch are allowed, and whether the content is promotional, every time; nothing is pre-selected for you. Yes. Write the post once, tick the channels it goes to, then adjust the text or media for any of them before it goes out. Each channel gets its own preview.

Platforms expire their access tokens from time to time, and you can revoke access yourself in the platform's settings. When that happens the channel is marked in ViralGenHub as needing to be reconnected, and posts to that channel cannot publish until you reconnect it by signing in on the platform again. Your scheduled posts and media stay in your workspace.

Yes, on every plan. Open a post, share its preview page, and the client sees it as it will look and can leave comments. On the Business plan you can also add clients or colleagues as team members with a role, so they work inside the workspace. See For agencies.

ViralGenHub is a web app that works in the browser on your phone, tablet and computer. On a phone, use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option to open it like an app. There is no separate download.

Yes, in a limited way. On a channel you can set an automation (a "plug") on your own posts: when a post reaches the number of likes you choose, ViralGenHub reposts it, or adds a follow-up post such as a promo or a link. It checks every 6 hours. Reposting is available on Bluesky, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn Pages, and the follow-up post on Bluesky, X (Twitter), Threads and LinkedIn Pages. Today that means Bluesky; X (Twitter) is on the paid plans, and Threads and LinkedIn Pages work once those platforms are open to you. It does not read or answer other people's comments.

Yes. ViralGenHub has an MCP server, so an assistant that supports MCP (Claude, Cursor and others) can list your channels and schedule posts for you, and a public API for your own scripts. Both are included on every plan: 100 requests a day on Free, no daily cap on Creator and Business. See Developers.

On servers in Germany (Hetzner), behind Cloudflare, with platform tokens encrypted at rest and a backup every night. Stripe handles card payments, so we never see card numbers. Details on the Security page.

Connect your channels again in ViralGenHub, recreate your queue as scheduled posts on the calendar, and turn your templates into Sets. Our switching guide lists what moves over and what we do not have yet.

In the app, under your plan settings. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK and bought within the last 14 days, the same screen also offers "End now and refund the unused part": the plan ends at once and the unused part goes back to your card.
