Connect TikTok

TikTok connects with one click. Until TikTok finishes reviewing (auditing) how ViralGenHub posts, we can't post publicly to TikTok for you. Send each video to your TikTok inbox as a draft, then publish it yourself in the TikTok app, publicly if you like.

Connect your TikTok account

1. In ViralGenHub, click Add Channel and choose TikTok.
2. Sign in on TikTok's own page with the account you want to post to. Use your brand account, not a personal one, if they differ.
3. Approve the access TikTok asks for. You return to ViralGenHub with the channel connected.

ViralGenHub never sees your TikTok password. To stop, disconnect the channel in ViralGenHub, or remove ViralGenHub's access in the TikTok app's security settings.

Posting while the audit is not done

When you write a TikTok post, the composer gives you two ways to send it.

Send to my TikTok inbox as a draft (recommended for now)

• At the time you schedule, ViralGenHub sends the video to your TikTok inbox. TikTok notifies you in the app.
• Open the notification, finish the post and publish it. You choose who can see it there, publicly if you like.
• Check the caption before you post, and set who can see it, comments, Duet, Stitch and the AI-generated content label in the TikTok app. TikTok doesn't apply those settings to inbox drafts, so ViralGenHub can't set them for you.
• TikTok allows at most 5 drafts waiting in any 24 hours. Past that, TikTok refuses the next draft: publish the ones waiting in your inbox and try again later.

Post now as private (Only me)

• At the time you schedule, ViralGenHub publishes the video visible only to you (Only me).
• While we are unaudited, TikTok only accepts this when your TikTok account itself is set to private. If your account is public, TikTok refuses the post.
• You can change who can see the video later in the TikTok app.

What the audit is

TikTok checks every app that posts through its Content Posting API before it may publish public posts for its users. TikTok approved the ViralGenHub app on 22 October 2026. The separate Direct Post audit is not finished yet: we are preparing our submission, and TikTok decides when it is complete.

When the audit is done

Public direct posting turns on in ViralGenHub: you pick who can see each video in the composer, as TikTok's rules require, and it posts at the time you schedule. Sending to your inbox as a draft stays available. We will update this page and the app's What's new when it happens.

What ViralGenHub stores

The access TikTok gives us is stored encrypted and used only to post the videos you schedule and to read basic account information for your channel. It is deleted when you disconnect the channel. More in the Privacy Policy.
