Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of ViralGenHub ("the service"), which is provided by Talkiru Communications Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (number 17019377) with its registered office at 11 Delamere Gardens, Wakefield, WF1 4LJ. By signing in to ViralGenHub or connecting a social media account to it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ViralGenHub lets authorised team members connect social media accounts and pages, then schedule and publish content to them. Access is by invitation only. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time.
2. Your accounts and content
- You may only connect accounts and pages that you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for everything you publish through ViralGenHub. You must hold the rights to it, including any images, video, music and text.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only as far as needed to provide the service.
- Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Platform rules
When you publish through ViralGenHub you must also follow the rules of each platform, including the Meta Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok's Terms, and the equivalent terms of LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and Telegram. Platforms may refuse, limit or remove content, and ViralGenHub has no control over that.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use ViralGenHub to publish anything that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative or harassing; that infringes someone else's rights; or that is spam or artificial engagement. You must not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend access, or remove content from the service, if these terms are broken.
5. Availability
We aim to publish every post at its scheduled time, but we cannot guarantee it. Posts can be delayed or fail because of platform outages, expired permissions, API changes or other events outside our control. Check that important posts have gone out.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by a social platform, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
7. Ending use
You can stop using ViralGenHub at any time by disconnecting your accounts. You can also ask us to delete your data, following the data deletion instructions. We may end your access if you break these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
