Data deletion instructions

You can remove ViralGenHub's access to your accounts and have your data deleted at any time. Use any of the options below.

Option 1: Remove ViralGenHub from Facebook or Instagram

On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
Open Apps and websites (under "Your activity" or "Security", depending on your version of Facebook).
Find ViralGenHub and choose Remove.

For Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove ViralGenHub. This immediately stops ViralGenHub from using your account.

Option 2: Remove access on other platforms

Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → ViralGenHub → Remove access.
LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads: open that platform's settings, find "Connected apps" or "Apps and websites", and remove ViralGenHub.

Option 3: Ask us to delete everything

Email support@talkiru.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the name of the account or Page, and the platform it is on. If you can, send it from the email address linked to that account.

We will confirm we have your request within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Access and refresh tokens for the account. These are deleted straight away.
The account or Page name, identifier and profile picture we stored.
Records of scheduled and published posts for that account, and their performance figures.
Any media uploaded for that account that has not yet been published.

Posts that have already been published stay on the social platform. Delete those on the platform itself. We keep nothing else, unless the law requires us to.
