Questions about plans

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in the app with no emails or calls. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.

Can I get a refund?

If you are a consumer in the UK you have 14 days from buying to change your mind. In the app, open Billing and choose "End now and refund the unused part"; the plan ends at once and the unused part goes back to your card (paid features start immediately, so the days already used are deducted).

Which platforms can I post to?

17 are live today and 9 more are in preview, with 9 coming soon. The list is on the home page and always matches the app.

Why is X (Twitter) limited?

X charges for every post sent through its API, so X (Twitter) posts are capped each month on paid plans (20 on Creator, 60 on Business) and are not included in Free. The cap applies to X (Twitter) only.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly from Billing in the app. Yearly plans get 2 months free.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Talkiru Communications Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Creating posts through the API is also limited to 30 requests an hour for each workspace on every plan. X (Twitter) charges for every post sent through its own API, which is why X (Twitter) posts are capped each month.

Paid plans have no free trial and we never charge you without you choosing a plan first. Cancel at any time in the app: the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK you have 14 days from buying to change your mind: in the app, open Billing and choose "End now and refund the unused part" (or e-mail support@viralgenhub.com); the plan ends at once and the unused part is refunded to your card (paid features start immediately, so the days already used are deducted). After the 14 days, cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period. Payments are taken by Stripe. See our Terms of Service.
