Help: connecting accounts

Connect Medium

ViralGenHub needs an existing Medium integration token. This page shows where to get it.

Before you start: Make sure this browser is signed in to the right account (your brand account, not a personal one) before you copy the key.

What you need

A Medium integration token you already have.

Steps

  1. Medium stopped issuing new integration tokens on 1 January 2025, so only people who already have one can connect.
  2. If you have one, it is in your Medium settings under Security and apps.
  3. Medium is shown as Coming soon in ViralGenHub while we ask Medium for API access.

Staying safe

If you do not already have a token there is nothing you can do on Medium's side today. We will update this page if that changes.

What ViralGenHub stores

The details you enter are stored encrypted. They are used only to post and read basic account information for the channel you connected, and they are deleted when you disconnect the channel. More in the Privacy Policy.
