Connect Listmonk

ViralGenHub needs your Listmonk address, an API username and its token. This page shows where to get it.

The key page is in your own Listmonk admin, under Admin, then Users.

Before you start: Make sure this browser is signed in to the right account (your brand account, not a personal one) before you copy the key.

What you need

A Listmonk install you run, reachable from the internet, and admin access to it.

Steps

1. In your Listmonk admin go to Admin, then Users (in some versions Settings, then Users).
2. Create a new user of type API with a role that can manage campaigns.
3. Copy the token shown when the user is created.
4. In ViralGenHub enter your Listmonk address (for example https://lists.yoursite.com), the API username and the token.

Staying safe

Give the API user only the permissions it needs. Details are in the Listmonk API documentation.

What ViralGenHub stores

The details you enter are stored encrypted. They are used only to post and read basic account information for the channel you connected, and they are deleted when you disconnect the channel. More in the Privacy Policy.
