Connect Lemmy

ViralGenHub needs your instance address, username, password and (if used) 2FA code. This page shows where to get it.

Before you start: Make sure this browser is signed in to the right account (your brand account, not a personal one) before you copy the key.

What you need

A Lemmy account on any instance.

Steps

  1. Find the address of your instance (for example https://lemmy.world).
  2. In ViralGenHub enter the instance address, your username, and your password.
  3. If your account uses two-factor authentication, enter the current 6-digit code too.

Staying safe

Lemmy has no app passwords, so ViralGenHub needs your real account password. Consider creating a separate account just for posting and use that one.

What ViralGenHub stores

The details you enter are stored encrypted. They are used only to post and read basic account information for the channel you connected, and they are deleted when you disconnect the channel. More in the Privacy Policy.
